About The Residence
Garden Halls is part of the University of London. Its location directly opposite Cartwright Gardens provides a quiet and green backdrop for our summer camp. It is conveniently located close to several tube stations giving easy access to iconic locations such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral or the Tower Bridge. It is the ideal location to enjoy the best of London!

Students stay in semi-ensuite single bedrooms:
One single bed, desk and chair
Plenty of closet space
Ensuite washroom with sink and toilet
Shared showers on each floor cleaned daily (8 showers & 12 rooms per floor)

The Teen summer camp is full-board and includes 3 meals per day:
Breakfast: self-service buffet at the cafeteria
Lunch: mix of packed lunches, Five Guys (once a week) and pizza (once a week)
Dinner: self-service buffet at the cafeteria
Special diets: halal, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets can be catered to
Sample Menus:
Breakfast: ham & cheese croissant, pastries, toasts & spreads, yogurt & cereal, fruits & juices
Packed lunches: sandwich, bag of crisps, chocolate bar, piece of fruit, bottle of water
Dinner: one meat option, one vegetarian option, one carb, one vegetable, salad bar, desserts & fruits

Our London summer camps include a program of evening activities, giving our students the opportunity to socialize with their new friends and discover the city by night too.
These activities are supervised by the residence managers and include:
Outdoor activities such as the London Eye at night, scavenger hunt or a West End musical
Indoor activities in the residence such as games night, cultural exchange evening, movie night or karaoke

Your program lasts 2 weeks, starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday.
Arrival: Sunday, June 28 or Sunday July 12
Departure: Saturday, July 11th or Saturday July 25
Residence Rules & Guidelines
Students are expected to adhere to the following guidelines during their stay:
Students should feel free to communicate any questions or needs to the EO Residence Managers.
Embrace cultural and personal differences among peers and practice tolerance.
Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, including keeping rooms tidy and bathrooms clean.
Smoking and the use of alcohol are prohibited within the residence.
Students are not permitted to invite guests to the residence.
Each student is responsible for their personal belongings and any damage caused to the residence.
